ELECTRICAL TERMINATION

We offer a range of electrical termination services to make your assembly ready to plug and play.

We provide full electrical termination and integration services to customer-supplied accessories, transforming standard bought-in products into ready-to-install OEM assemblies. We can assemble a connector to any range of accessories, including lights, sounders, alarms, beacons, heaters and more.

How termination with Brucom benefits you

Many accessories supplied by OEM manufacturers are delivered with open cable tails, unfinished leads, or generic wiring that still requires on-site termination. Brucom removes this installation burden by adding the correct terminals, connectors, protective coverings, and customer-specific interface requirements before despatch.

This allows the customer to receive a fully prepared, production-ready electrical component that can be installed directly into the final vehicle, machine, or equipment assembly without further wiring modification.

Outsourcing your termination and electrical preparation has several tangible benefits, including:

  • Reduced in-house assembly time

  • Elimination of manual field wiring errors

  • Faster production line installation

  • Improved consistency and quality

  • Single-source supply of finished electrical assemblies

  • Reduced inventory handling of loose terminals and connectors

  • Fully tested plug-and-play delivered components

This is particularly valuable where OEMs or machine builders are fitting multiple electrical accessories across production and require every unit to arrive electrically identical and installation ready.

Our rigorous testing and inspection, along with our experience across the full spectrum of wire preparation services, make us the perfect partner for your electrical termination needs.
