Superseal 1.5mm Connector Range
This is our primary range of connectors for use in the general automotive and commercial automotive market. We offer overmoulding on both genders from 1 to 6-way configurations.
We’ve distributed millions of these connectors globally over the last 2 decades, and we have yet to see a breakdown or failure in the overmoulding.
Heavy Duty Sealed Connectors (HDSCS)
HDSCS Connectors are an industry standard within the automotive industry, utilised as a standard connector range on most trucks. This includes both lighting and aftermarket 'bodybuilder' feeds.
They are an IP67 rated fitting as standard and are available in a wide range of variations in both the number of terminals as well as the colour and keyway options. They also include some versions that offer a hybrid connector system using smaller 'signal' connections and larger 'power' connections.
Deutsch Connector DT Range
The Deutsch connector is one of the most widely used connectors in the agricultural and plant industry. The DT series shares similar properties with the Super Seal range, but with a wide portfolio of cavities, it can be used for 2 to 12 circuits, all rated at 13 Amps.
These connectors offer field-proven reliability and rugged quality. You can use multiple size 16 contacts, each with 13 Amp continuous capacity, within a single shell.
Our overmould range complements this impressive connector to allow take-offs, joiners, 90-degree outlets and splitters. The splitters can also be configured to either share a function or have independent functions at each take-off.
Din 72585 Connector
DIN 72585 connectors are rugged, circular connectors designed for harsh automotive conditions.
We stock both the 4-way version that can carry significant current and a 7-way version that offers more feeds at a slightly reduced current load.
These are common on trucks as connectors for lighting systems.
Mizu P25 Range
Mizus are useful as they are one of the smallest sealed connector series on the market at present, suitable for low-current applications where only a couple of signal feeds are required.
They are a micro miniature plug and play system for low current applications (below 4 Amps). The small footprint allows for tight fit applications and a small 10mm hole (2 way) 14mm hole (3&4 way) to be drilled through bulkheads.
This IP67 wire-to-wire connector system is the first miniature sealed system in the market to achieve IP67 certification, which provides superior levels of dustproof and waterproof protection along with space savings. With our overmold range of cable assemblies, you can ensure a waterproof connection with a good positive lock clasp.
