Request refund

To request a refund for your item, you must provide evidence. Please be aware that we do not offer warranty for third party items purchased through Brucom. All refunds are at our discretion, determined on a case by case basis. You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must provide proof if the product is faulty, damaged or what arrived was not what you ordered. Failure to provide proof will result in your request for a refund being rejected.
