Brucom has invested massively over the last five years improving the methods it uses to manufacture your products. We recognise that customers demand the highest quality products on short lead times at cost effective prices.
To this end we have dedicated production facilities for Heavy duty cable assembly production, lead making facilities, wire marking, cable splicing, vehicle harness production, wire loom production and product assembly.

Our production staff are highly proficient in all termination methods ( including solder, crimp, etc. ) and of course all assemblies are manufactured under iso 9001: 2000 environment. All aspects of our production are controlled by a integrated electronic system that links sales and purchase functions via Manufacturing Resource Planning. MRP optimises capacity and production scheduling. Customers are welcome to liaise with our production planners to monitor the progress of their orders or discuss scheduling revisions to suit their changing requirements.
Only when this exacting process is complete (assembly drawings signed off ,first-off samples approved, bills of materials released etc.) can manufacturing commence.
